We got some new pictures. Poor Prasun. He was having another bad day. He is always leaning forward. I pretend that he wants Mommy. Whatever gets me through.
CARA has inspected the orphanage and it is expected that they will issue the license soon. I'm hoping so anyways. I want my baby.

Well, even while he is crying he is one beautifully scrumptious child. I'm sorry nobody catches him in a better moment. Maybe they are always taking pics right before or during naptime? I'm praying for the license...

I have a feeling he's tired of all the pasty people coming in and interrupting his fun -- my sons used to hate stopping their play to pose for photos. (Now, of course, they want to take over camera duty for themselves!)
I'm sorry that two pics in a row have had tears in them . . . That doesn't help a waiting mama much. Good thing you've already visited Matri Sneha and know how lovingly he's cared for.
